We are private company. We have two factories - spinning and weaving mill. We have together 160 employees. The spinning factory produces 1700 t yarns per year, weaving factory 800 km per year of furniture fabrics. The yarns are sold direct from our firm POLYDEKOR Česká Lípa, the fabrics are sold through our majority owner DEKORA-Jeníček a.s..

Spinning factory
We have two technologies: only OE
1. Older - spinning on BD 200 RC /smaller cone/

2. New - spinning on Rieter R20, R 40 and BT 905- very good quality

Basic raw material
100% viscose fibres DANUFIL --- 1,3dtex/40mm - white, bright
Kelheim Fibros --- 1,7dtex/40mm- black bright
Kelheim Fibros --- 1,7dtex/40mm - spun dyed bright-12 colours
LENZING --- 1,7 dtex/40mm –white, bright
LENZING --- 1,5 dtex/40mm – black, bright

Kinds of yarns
16,5tex/Ne36/ - 60tex /Ne10/ - BD 200 RC
70tex /Ne 8,5/ - 200tex/Ne3/ - BT 905 Rieter
16,5texNe36/ - 90tex /Ne6,5/- R20

Twisting plant
We have 12 twisting machines Volkman VTS 07 and we produce double yarns 16,5,20,25,35,5,50,60,70 x 2 tex

Quality
We have very good laboratory for testing of yarns - keeping very good quality - uster test.

Packing
EUR pallets, paper cylinder tubes, paper insets, stretch folio
